Official high school transcripts can be sent electronically from the high school using a secure third-party delivery service. Columbus State Community College has received transcripts from the following external electronic delivery services:

  • Navianza
  • Parchment
  • Secure eScript *

ATTENTION: Schools using eScrip-Safe must submit transcripts to highschooltransscript @ cscc. edu to ensure accurate and timely withdrawal and processing.

PLEASE ATTENTION: During the COVID-19 Stay-at-Home order, we prefer that transcripts be sent directly from a third-party vendor. If you need to email a transcript, it needs to come from the high school official’s email and not the student’s email. Attachments to the transcript sent by the student will not be accepted. Personal delivery of copies is not available. transcripts may be sent via U. S. mail, but limited personnel on campus may increase processing time.

Transcripts delivered in person or by post:

A final official high school transcript is a transcript received in an original envelope and sealed on official paper with an official seal and / or official signature confirming the graduation date and was not opened prior to submission at Columbus State Community College.Fax transcripts or transcripts attached to e-mails from high school or college students will not be accepted.

Your advisor will be the one who will upload your official online transcript with the attached school forms. If the college to which you’re applying prefers to receive paper transcripts, you will still need to submit a transcript request through your guidance counselor. Depending on your school’s policy, you may need to mail the transcripts yourself.

Sending a Parchment Transcript

Some high schools, especially large schools, may use Parchment. com to help students receive and send their credentials. If you need to send a Parchment transcript, you will first need to make an account on Parchment. com. Then follow the instructions on the website asking you for information. After you order and pay, the website will electronically send your Parchment transcript to your school or schools of choice. As with other methods, consult your advisor before beginning the ordering process.
