Why are people unhappy with themselves and their life? Perhaps they are being like that because they are unable to see clearly the causes behind their life conditions. Perhaps they are unable to accept themselves. Perhaps they have not realized their true potential. Do you find yourself in the same situation as these people?
Think about this for awhile; who is the cause of all these feeling you are going through?
In my own experience, I found, there cannot be anyone outside myself who can cause unhappiness in me. I have realized I am the cause of whatever I am experiencing. I realize this because I realize I am the one who is feeling whatever I am feeling and I am the one who choosing it. I realize that by choosing to look at myself differently I can always change how I feel towards myself. I am the cause of everything I am experiencing.
If I am unhappy it is because I have a wrong point of view. If my point of view is correct, I will know the cause of all my problems. Having correct point of view of why things are the way they are helps me rid my fears and unhappiness. How do we know if we are having correct point of view? You cannot as long as you are in the human state of consciousness but you can raise your level of consciousness and look at any situation from the eyes of soul.
Seeing from the eyes of soul? Yes. You are soul. You need to realize that despite the fact of being a human with many weaknesses, you are a divine creation of God with creative abilities. This realization is also known as self realization. Created just in the image of God, you are the replica of God Itself, having all the potential of God in you. This means you can solve all your problems. Knowing you are a soul with the ability of God, you will stop complaining about our conditions and will do everything to realize your true potential.
In order to realize that you are a soul, seek someone who can lift you out of your body and show you your true self. Call him a Guru if you want. Do you think it is impossible to find such a person? I can tell you from my experience that such great beings are still walking on earth. They are known as the ancient ones. They teach the science of soul travel. They teach this so you can move out of your body and realize your true self and potential. It is through the mercy of God that they are still here guiding every soul who is ready to listen to their teachings.
Successful People didn’t start with a vision, they started with a unique perspective on a product, service or venture, which eventually prompted a vision based on their initial efforts.
what is the success? In my opinion, earning lots of money and having a good family are a success.

Never Listen to the Negative Voices in our Head
Words are powerful. They can create or they can destroy. Even the small words you whisper under your breath can be the ones to hurt you or save you.
Learn some ways to calm yourself. Even if meditation or yoga are not your things, you’ll be amazed at the calming benefits of breathing slowly in and out as you sit quietly for a minute or two.
Set Big and Clear Goals
To accomplish your goals, however, you need to know how to set them. You can’t simply say, “I want” and expect it to happen. Goal setting is a process that starts with careful consideration of what you want to achieve and ends with a lot of hard work to actually do it.
Successful people set clear, time-bound, attainable, measurable, relevant goals in Writing and stick with it.
Carry Positive Attitude to Achieve Positive Results
It is your attitude toward others and the universe that determines the resulting attitude toward you. Have a positive, joyful attitude and you’ll have positive joyful results. Put out a bad, negative attitude and you’ve failed before you begin.
Basically, ‘what you think, you become’
Find Pleasure in the Hard work
Working hard and learning how to do our job well can lead to blessings. Diligent, skilful workers are often highly valued by their employers. Satisfaction comes if you do whatever you like if that is hard or easy that does not matter.
Believe they can’t please Everyone
Successful People Shift their focus to the process and concentrate on getting the work done faster and better every time. Once realizing that it’s truly impossible to please everyone, you begin to live purposefully, trying to please the right people.
Deal in Realities
Successful People acknowledge that a change in attitudes will render you better prepared to make use of whatever opportunities life presents you with.
Speak with Certainty
You must learn to live in the present and accept yourself for what you are now. What you lack in flexibility and agility you must make up with knowledge and constant practice.

I’ve always wanted to reach my full potential and abilities. Although I’ve had success, I don’t think that I’ve created super extraordinary levels of success quite yet, nor do I believe I have tapped into my full potential. Other people can judge me, but I know my true potential and whether I’m living up to it.
Don’t let anyone else judge your success. If you don’t consider it your duty—your obligation—to live up to your potential, then you will live a life far short of what you are capable of.
I want to tell you about four changes I made—and you can make—to reach your highest potential:
1. Write down your goals.
You set these goals. Don’t let anybody else tell you what your goals should be. Think of success like breathing air; your last breath is important, but it’s your next breath that’s vital. Goals keep you focused on what’s next, and writing them down keeps you on track.
2. Choose things just out of reach.
Don’t just think about what is “realistic.” The problem with realistic thinking is that it’s usually based on what others think is possible. They don’t know your potential. Whenever you start a task with a mind toward the potential outcome, you will limit the actions required to accomplish that goal.
3. Take massive action.
Never do anything normal. Take massive action until one day it is no longer an unusual activity but a habit for you. People will ask you: “Why are you still out this late?” “What are you doing calling on a Saturday?” “You never quit, do you?” And even “What are you on?” Big goals require big actions. Reaching your full potential requires massive actions.
4. Stay persistent.
How do you get a nail in a wall? You hit it over and over and over. Rome wasn’t built in a day. The ability to persist on your path regardless of setbacks, unexpected events, bad news and resistance—to continue firmly in your purpose in spite of conditions—is a trait common to those who make it. Reaching your potential requires you to be persistent; there are no quitters here.
How much success have you accumulated in your life? Whatever level you have attained, you can do more. Never limit your potential success and never limit what you will do to create and keep that success. Have monster goals and attack them hard. Remember that people who are highly successful—in both their professional and personal lives—continue to work, produce and create long after they’ve flourished.
When it comes to your career, never work for your quota; work to your potential.

You know what you’re capable of, not others. Quotas are numbers made up by others for you to hit. How did they come up with that quota? Don’t operate by what others think is possible.
Understand also that you will not reach your full potential without increasing your knowledge. You must train and invest in yourself to make yourself better. LeBron James is trying to reach his full potential as a basketball player because he trains daily. As a sales person, I train daily. Anything you want to flourish in will require you to put in time and energy.
You also can’t reach your full potential holding on to where you are. Start writing your goals down each day. Choose things just out of reach. And take massive actions to hit them.

Realize Your True Potential
A thrilling journey begins when you write down your goals as goal setting is a powerful tool which enables you to visualize your ideal future. Goal setting also helps you to keep motivated and turn your vision in consequent reality.
Most of us face the fear of rejection and failure when we start setting our goals. This is a big trap, due to which most of us do not write down our goals clearly and believe in ourselves. The trap of fear of rejection makes us re think and change our goals due to which we remain unable to realize our true potential. Interestingly this fear does not bother you if your goals are where you are most comfortable.
If we see the history we find that great leaders of the world who ever ruled the world have had the zeal to be extraordinary, they had no fears and were ready to face any consequences. If any body commit to do some thing and follows the right path, the process becomes easy as commitment to do something make us stronger and increase our level of belief in ourselves.
Those are very fortunate who know there goals clearly and they follow the path to achieve those goals without any fear of failure or failure of rejection. They know that failure makes them more stronger and focused.
BURNING DESIRE – START OF GOAL SETTING
The process of goal setting consists of writing down the goals and assign the deadline to achieve those goals. Goal setting starts from a DESIRE. Your desire is an accurate picture of what you will become. There is a need of burning desire in order to achieve some thing bigger. It is something you desire with all your heart. To know whether your desire is a burning desire you should have a feeling to go for it and burn your bridges with a commitment of never going back.
It is vital that you have faith of achieving and accomplishing your greatest desires. Faith is a state of mind that can be induced by affirmations or repeated instructions to the subconscious mind. There is also a need to create a clear picture in your mind about your desire. This involves creation of all necessary steps which might be involved in bringing you to your goals.
Skills might be required to be established in order to achieve your burning desire. If those skills are required to be learned, we should go for it and take the lectures, guidance from relevant people, observe etc etc. We will find about the required skills when we jot down our goals on a piece of paper. Those skills are required to marked specifically to make us think about how to take those skills.
The main objective of goal setting is the TRANSFORMATION in you. If you transform yourself in the process of achieving your burning desires, you become successful as fear of rejection and failure does not make you down and you become motivated enough to achieve your specific targets.
GOALS SHOULD BE SMALLER
Goals should be smaller so that the monitoring of the process of achieving each smaller goal becomes easy. Smaller goals also keep ourselves motivated as when we achieve a small goal we become energized to achieve the other smaller goals. But the main point is to set the smaller goals in a way that all those smaller goals together help in achieving your big goal or your burning desires. Regular monitoring is as much essential as setting the goals.
FACING SET BACKS
The process of achieving your goals might not be easy and you may face failures initially. But the main thing is to remain positive and think positive. Set backs and failures brings with them hidden opportunities which is we realize we can open new horizons to achieve our set goals. After a failure come up with more zeal and enthusiasm towards achieving your desired targets. This is the point where most people loose faith and rethink or change there goals, which actually leads you to failure. You are required to be committed to achieve your goals unless you achieve them. Never let these failures or setbacks slow you down.
HAVE A GRIP ON YOUR STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES
If you know your strengths and weaknesses very well, nobody can slow you down. You have to use your strengths in the whole process of achieving your goals and enhance your skills to overcome your weaknesses. It is your duty that you become successful. You have to learn new things on daily basis to achieve your goals.
COMFORT ZONE IS NOT FOR HIGH ACHIEVERS
There is no comfort zone for high achievers. They keep them in a zone that leads them towards achieving desired goals and targets. They change themselves and try to create the environment in which they see there targets clearly and that environment helps them to act upon the written targets, steps and goals. You have to look for new ideas and new inspirations frequently. You have to show the thrust of achieving.
Come up with burning desire, write smaller goals to achieve the burning desire, ignore the fear of rejection and failure, learn on daily basis, enhance your skills, show your true potential, consistency and commitment.

Many insurance leaders have faced self-doubt at some point in their careers. That doubt might be manifested as imposter syndrome, where individuals don’t believe in the skills and expertise that they bring to their roles, and worry that they will be ‘found out’ as frauds. While both men and women are affected by imposter syndrome, research has so far shown that a lack of confidence in one’s self runs more rampant among the latter group.
Imposter syndrome and how to overcome it is just one of the topics that will be addressed by panels of top insurance leaders when Insurance Business America brings its Women in Insurance events to Atlanta and Boston in April 2020.
For now, one of the panelists gave Insurance Business some insight on how to tackle self-doubt and why it’s important to do so considering that many women still aren’t making it into the senior ranks of insurance.
“It’s not raising the hand – that’s I think where the imposter syndrome comes in,” said Ania Caruso (pictured), strategic insurance executive and a speaker at Women in Insurance Atlanta. She recommends, based on her own experience, that rising leaders do exactly that, before they have time to question themselves.
“Once I raise the hand and say I’ll do it, the mind doesn’t have time to come up with excuses for me. I already raised my hand and now all I can do is prepare, prepare, practice, seek knowledge – whatever that is that I just raised my hand to. In our industry, when you think about getting from one level to the other, it’s that confidence building and the imposter syndrome is trying to tear down your confidence.”
Another way to overcome imposter syndrome over the course of a career is to focus on how you bring value to your organization and promote that.
“The act of self-promotion means claiming credit for your achievements,” said Caruso. “When you are trying to move up from one level to the other, you’ve got to effectively market yourself and your skills, your abilities, your potential because it is essential and far from shameful to help you reach to the next level.”
The act of self-promotion is critical because if you don’t find a way to speak about the value of what you’re doing for your organization, you send an unintentional message that you don’t put much value on what you bring to the table, added Caruso. And if you’re not making that value known, why should somebody else?
“The same thing goes when going for a promotion or interviewing for a new role. You have to be your authentic self and still be comfortable with who you are, but you have got to put yourself outside that comfort zone,” she explained. “Believing in what you have to offer is essential and it’s not self-serving. Whatever your expertise is, it’s a gift to the world. Many people will think, ‘I don’t want to be a shameless self-promoter,’ but you just have to stop it. You’re simply a talented person bent on speaking up for herself or yourself.”
Building a tribe of people around you during your career that can help you realize your potential and champion your skills will also be up for discussion during the panel at Women in Insurance Atlanta. Caruso knows from personal experience the benefits of having other leaders watching out for you, even when imposter syndrome has taken hold. When a big role came up at CNA, Caruso didn’t think about throwing her hat in the ring, but a friend who had known her over her entire career put her name in the running.
“He saw that I had the skills and the potential to apply for this role,” she said. “He raised the hand for me so I was in a position of nothing to do but to prepare for it and actually, now I realize that the imposter syndrome is also our best secret weapon for women because it’s a gift that makes us prepare. If you feel uncomfortable and you don’t know something, that discomfort for me pushed me to be proactive in becoming a lifelong learner.
“During the interview process before joining CNA, I reached out to a couple of colleagues that used to work on the insurance company side – and I was coming from the broker side – to understand some of the lingo and understand some of the top priorities. Even though there’s a lot of similarities because it’s the insurance industry, there’s still little intricacies between them, so I came prepared, and I asked questions. Diving in obviously can get you in this discomfort zone, but in that discomfort zone is where the accelerated growth happens.”
