Eso sí, este juego incluye algunas diferencias en cuanto a jugadores se refiere, y por ejemplo Michael Jordan, Charles Barkley y Muggsy Bogues no pudieron estar en el juego porque estaban con la película Area Jam.

    El apartado técnico está muy bien. Gráficamente tiene un gran parecido con la recreativa, lógicamente mucho mayor que las versiones de 16 bits, por lo que nos encontramos ante un juegadores de buen tamaño, con unos cabezones que representan muy bien al jugador en que se basan, siendo además muy expresivos, con movimientos fluidos y magníficas animaciones. Las canchas resultan extremadamente detalladas y muy bien ambientadas, con el público con movimiento y todo eso, y además los efectos para las canastas y mates resultan muy espectaculares y llamativos. Las músicas de los menús son muy buenas, mientras que los efectos sonoros tienen una fantástica calidad.

    En cuanto a la jugabilidad, no encontramos ante un juego de baloncesto completamente arcade que resulta tan divertido y adictivo como el resto de la saga y otras versiones, gozando de un management sencillo y muy preciso sobre unos jugadores que responden de maravilla a las órdenes transmitidas por medio del pad. Por lo demás, contamos con un buen número de equipos, opciones y un nivel de dificultad bien ajustado, aunque algunos partidos se pueden hacer complicados.

    En resumen, un muy buen port de este gran juego para Nintendo 64. Muy recomendable.
