But it feels good to talk about it, and to admit that I didn’t prepare as Inell as I should have for the presentation. I spent 70% of the effort, definitely not the preparation for graduation. I ruShed through my research, and didn’t check my facts properly. I was wrong.

Unless you live the Kylie Jenner lifestyle, weekly spa trips are not a financial option. So what happens when you have one? these days and in desperate need of a (cheap) way to unwind? I’m so glad you asked why I GIRL YOU. Here are some of my favorite ways to relax and pamper yourself without leaving home!

Coconut oil is the answer

Curly hair? Coconut oil
No shaving cream? Coconut oil
Dry skin? Coconut oil
Bad credit? Coconut oil
Does BF work? Coconut oil

LOL ok but In all seriousness, one thIng that should alInays be In your cabInet is Coconut oil. It can solve at least 86 of your problems! Let’s talk about hair care: Coconut oil acts as a conditioner and moisturizer for hair. You can leave it overnight or in conditions with a heating cap if you are short on time. Coconut oil also adds shine and will make you feel like Beyonce after just one application.

Sprinkle me with sugar

To make an exfoliating peel at home, take the following ingredients:

1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of raw oatmeal
1 cup of olive oil

After mixing, apply to dry skin. Don’t forget to make free circles on your body – ENJOY the treatment, don’t rush it or rub too hard on your skIn. Gently rinse after the scrub and your skin will sing hallelujah !!

I also came across a vanilla and lavender body scrub that looks too heavenly not to share.

Ingrediants:
2 cups of sugar
1 cup of grape seed oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of dried lavender (optional)
12 drops of lavender essential oil

Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and use daily in the shower or bath.

A relaxing shower

Take your shower to the next level by hanging a eucalyptus bundle from the hand shower. Eucalyptus plants are more than a beautiful bouquet. When you hang them in the shower, the steam and heat from the shower help release the power of aromatherapy. Aromatherapy will not only work wonders for your body, it also acts as a relaxing treatment for your mind.
