ingrediants

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of McCormick® Cinnamon Extract, divided
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup pancake syrup

Instructions

Beat the eggs in a deep plate or on a cake plate. Add the milk, sugar and 1 teaspoon of flavoring; beat until well blended.

Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, turning it evenly on both sides.

Bake the slices of bread in a lightly greased nonstick skillet or skillet over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
