2 Cars are too smart to drive these days. First of all, there was the problem of figuring out how to turn off the interior lighting, since the trunk was always open. It took about 30 minutes and some google on the phone, but we finally figured it out. Then, there was the issue of the radio shutting off every 20 minutes when it’s in “accessory” mode because of this whole new phenomenon of a push button start rather than a simple key. That one couldn’t be avoided and resulted in getting out of the trunk, walking to the front and cycling through the push button start options 8 times during the movie.

As the California avocado season draws to a close, I wanted to think about the latest recipe that uses these awesome little green treats in a unique way.

A thick, creamy stack of avocado pancakes stuffed with fresh summer blueberries looked perfect.

Sam przepis na naleśniki z awokado jest dość prosty i można go easy dostosować do bezglutenowego, używając prostej zamiany bezglutenowej uniwersalnej mieszanki mąki.

I’ve never been a light, airy pancake person. I much prefer a thick, hearty and almost dense stack (I want to feel like I’m getting a good bang for my carb buck with each bite!) piled high on my plate so if that’s your thing too, these will definitely satisfy (and make sure to check out these coconut ricotta pancakes & Sourdough Pancakes too because they’ll be right up your alley).

You can also try these buckwheat pineapple pancakes, these oat bran pancakes with raisins and cinnamon or, for more protein-rich pancakes, try these excellent protein pancakes or their pumpkin equivalent – the pumpkin pancakes!

These blueberry and avocado pancakes are packed with healthy fats (and that nice green color to prove it!) And a great balance of spicy and sweet in every bite.

If you want to try a different way of baking with avocado, don’t miss these avocado cupcakes too!

Forse la parte migliore di questa ricetta del pancake cheto è il fatto che tutti gli ingrediants possono essere semplicemente gettati in un frullatore prima di friggerli in padella. No endless whipping, just press a button! Avocados add softness and creaminess to this recipe, providing plenty of potassium and heart-healthy fats. Almond flour is the flour used in this recipe, and one of the best to use in keto recipes – that’s because almond flour has a good amount of protein, in addition to loads of healthy fats and fiber.

To keep this avocado keto pancake recipe in line with your diet, we used monk sugar to sweeten the pancakes. Monk sugar and erythritol are sugar alcohols and therefore are not processed by the body like traditional sugar and can be used in ketone products. Matcha powder is listed as an optional ingredient in this recipe, used primarily for color. Matcha powder in itself is high in antioxidants and carries other health benefits so it only improves the recipe to include, but doesn’t make or break the recipe if you don’t have any on hand. If you love matcha, check out this matcha pancake recipe.

You can sprinkle your avocado pancakes with any ketone-friendly topping. We opted for some keto powdered sugar and some raspberries to complement the sweet notes of the pancakes. • chickpea flour
I’ve only tested this recipe with chickpea flour. Although regular plain flour should work, I can’t state for sure.
  • Baking powder(make sure to use gluten-free if needed)
  • Zuchini(zuchini)
Make sure you follow the recipe instructions and squeeze the excess water out of the zucchini. Otherwise, the dough will be too watery.
  • Kala Namak(black salt)
Adds a spicier flavor to pancakes. If you haven’t got it, use ground sea salt instead.
  • guacamole
I’m using this guacamole, which is one of my favourite guacamole brands at the moment. It tastes just like homemade and hasn’t got any additives or preservatives. Of course, you can also use homemade guacamole.
  • Almond milk(or other unsweetened vegetable milk)

These simple low-carb paleo flaxseed pancakes are the perfect grain-free alternative to traditional pancakes. Healthy and nutritious, they make a versatile pancake that you can enjoy any day of the week!

For anyone on a grain-free, low-carb, or Paleo diet, one thing that may be missing is pancakes for breakfast. That ends today because these flaxseed pancakes are packed with good fiber, essential fatty acids, and minerals.

Did I mention how amazing they taste?

Flaxseeds are a powerhouse when it comes to nutrition and are known to reduce the risk of:

  • Cancer
  • Heart disease
  • Impacts
  • Diabetes

But, since they’re very hard, they can be a bit tricky to eat on their own. That’s why using flaxseed meal (aka, flaxseed flour) is a great way to incorporate them into your diet.

If you want to know more about flax seeds and their nutritional value, check out this resource I have prepared!

Delicious lactose-free pancakes with flax seeds

Now it’s time to get to the pancakes! The taste is reminiscent of rich cereal or buckwheat pancakes. The texture isn’t as light and fluffy as traditional pancakes, but I love their hearty character.

If you want something more like traditional pancakes, try my flaxseed almond flour pancakes!

For this recipe I recommend you start with this basic cake and then add it to create your favorite combinations. I’ll give some delicious ideas for flaxseed meal pancakes down below.

Key ingrediants For Flaxseed Pancakes

Ecco gli ingrediants principali di questa ricetta e come lavorano insieme per creare un piatto delizioso.

  • Flaxseed flour: This is the hearty, gluten-free base for this recipe. I prefer to use golden flaxseed flour for a lighter color and texture, but they will both work.
  • Egg:L’uso delle uova in questa ricetta aiuta a legare insieme tutti gli ingrediants e ad aggiungere proteine.
  • Almond milk: To keep this lactose-free recipe, I used lactose-free milk. But if you prefer to use a different type of milk, you can substitute almond milk with another 1: 1 milk.
  • Lemon juice:I know lemon juice is a little weird, but it provides the acidic baking soda needed to rise pancakes.
  • Baking powder: This is what helps pancakes to grow! While they won’t be super fluffy, they aren’t completely flat either, thanks to baking soda.

Substitutions For Pancake ingrediants

Sometimes you just don’t have all the ingredients for a recipe. When that happens, it’s good to know a few ideas for adequate substitutions. Ecco alcuni modi per sostituire gli ingrediants in questa ricetta:

  • Milk:Any plant-based milk is fine, although it can have a slight aromatic effect (rice milk, cashew milk, oat milk, soy milk).
  • Lemon juice:If you don’t have lemons, try using cider vinegar or cider vinegar to get the tart flavor called for in this pancake recipe.

Here are some questions I often see about flax meal pancakes and the answers.

What are flax seeds?

Flax seeds are flax seeds. Sometimes you may hear them called flax seeds. In seed form, they’re hard for your body to digest. To get their benefits, eat them ground as a flaxseed meal and add them to recipes like:

  • Yogurt semifreddo
  • Breakfast Cereal
  • Oatmeal
  • muffin

You can even add them to your breakfast smoothies for an extra boost of nutrition!

What kind of flaxseed to use in flaxseed pancakes?

You can buy brown or golden flaxseed, and any variety can be used for these flaxseed pancakes. However, I prefer the taste and color of golden flax flour, so I used it in this recipe.

How long do these flaxseed pancakes keep good?

These pancakes taste best freshly cooked. However, if you can’t finish the entire batch in one sitting, you can store the leftovers in the fridge for up to 5 days.

To reheat them, put them in a toaster or heat them in a pan.

Can you freeze these flaxseed pancakes?

Yup! Adviceo di metterli in un sacchetto per congelatore con dei quadrati di carta da forno tagliati tra di loro per evitare che si attacchino tra loro.

To reheat them, put them in the frozen toaster. Alternatively, you can let them defrost on the work surface for about 30 minutes and then heat them in a pan on the stove.

These versatile pancakes are filling and scrumptious, and they’re quick and easy enough to make that you can enjoy them any day of the week. No more waiting until the weekend for pancakes!
