How to make a golden paste

ingrediants

  • 60 g of turmeric powder
  • 250 – 500 ml of water
  • 1.5 tsp ground black pepper *
  • 70 ml cold pressed Extra Virgin Coconut oil or Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  1. Pour the turmeric and 250 ml of water into a saucepan and heat it over low heat. Simmer for 7-8 minutes – the mixture will thicken ** as it is heated.
