  • Wear protective clothing whenever you’re on the ice. Helmets, gloves, elbow pads and knee pads should be worn to protect you from severe impacts on the ice. While these delicate skating dresses look great, they won’t protect you from scrapes and cuts in the ice, or from your skates in the event of a fall.
