We won’t have to wait too long to revisit Pokemon’s Sinnoh region. Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl release November 19 for Nintendo Switch. The Gen 4 remakes were initially revealed during Pokemon’s 25th-anniversary stream in February. As usual, those looking to own both versions of the game will be able to buy them bundled, and there’s absolutely no discount for doing so. The Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl’s Double Pack doesn’t seem to come with any special bonuses (Sword and Shield’s came with a pair of in-game Dynamax Crystals), but it’s up for preorder now.

Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are not being developed by Game Freak but rather Ilca, which also worked on Pokemon Home. However, Game Freak’s Junichi Masuda, who directed the original games, is returning as director on the remakes alongside Ilca’s Yuichi Ueda.

The Gen 4 remakes have an adorable chibi art style with squat characters, though in battle, the Pokemon trainers will appear in a more realistically proportioned form. Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl also retain the classic top-down perspective. According to Nintendo, these are “faithful remakes” of the 2007 games, and “the sense of scale of the original games’ towns and routes has been carefully preserved.” This is a different approach from previous Pokemon remakes–instead of completely modernizing Pokemon Diamond and Pearl, the development team is leaning into nostalgia and sticking much closer to the classic look and feel of the Gen 4 titles.

In addition to the reveal of Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, Nintendo announced Pokemon Legends Arceus, an open-world adventure also set in the Sinnoh region. Though it doesn’t release until January 28, 2022, that game is also available to preorder now.

Pokémon’s trio of upcoming Sinnoh region games now have official release dates. Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl will come out on Nov. 19, while Pokémon Legends: Arceus will be released on Jan. 28, 2022, The Pokémon Company announced on Wednesday.

Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl are remakes of the Diamond and Pearl games that came out in 2006 for Nintendo DS. The remakes will return players to the Sinnoh region and let them explore it and its cast of native Pokémon. Players will be able to play through the story exactly as it was in the original release, but The Pokémon Company says that it has “colorfully revitalized” some of the game’s other functions.

Pokémon Legends: Arceus will also send players to the Sinnoh region, but in a very different time period. The game will take place in the fairly distant past, long before the events of Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. Pokémon Legends: Arceus is also a new twist on the Pokémon game genre that The Pokemon Company describes as fusing action and role-playing game elements.

All three games will be available only on Nintendo Switch.

On Feb. 26, 2021, The Pokemon Company kicked off the 25th birthday of its namesake franchise with one whopper of a YouTube presentation. The company went through the entire history of Pokemon, shouting out every product that sprung up in the two-and-a-half decades since its inception. It also announced an all-new action-RPG called Pokemon Legends: Arceus. Fans will undoubtedly be eager to hear more about that.

Another surprise, however, came in the form of dual remakes: new takes on Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl. They’re called Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, and they look to be serious efforts at bringing those 2007 titles into the year 2021.

Not a whole lot of concrete information was shared about Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, but The Pokemon Company did see fit to toss out a few crumbs. With that, here’s what is known about Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl‘s release date, a look at the game’s trailer, and what’s been unearthed about gameplay in the remakes thus far.

What is the release date for Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl?

How to get any pokémon on diamond or pearl

If you were a fan of the original Pokemon Diamond and Pearl games, there’s a chance you’re already itching to get your hands on the remakes. After all, both came out all the way back in 2007, and a lot has changed since then. In terms of a release date for Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, there’s some good news and some bad news.

The good news is, both Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are set to release in late 2021. The bad news is, Nintendo and The Pokemon Company aren’t offering anything more detailed beyond that.

It seems safe to assume these remakes will be a very big part of Nintendo’s fall and winter Switch lineup. Nintendo typically treats Pokemon titles with the utmost importance, after all, so fans could see a lot of attention paid to these games during Summer 2021 and leading up to their release. In the meantime, Pokemon fans aren’t totally out of luck. New Pokemon Snap is on the way, so players can at least get their fix from that until Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are ready to go.

Is there a trailer for Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl?

Pokemon Diamond and Pearl, like many Nintendo DS games, could only do so much with the graphical horsepower they had available at the time. While many undoubtedly loved those entries in the Pokemon series, putting them next to Sword and Shield really shows how far games have come, and how much Nintendo’s hardware has improved. In Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, both Diamond and Pearl are getting what amounts to complete graphical overhauls — out with the sprites, in with the polygons. Nowhere is that more evident than in the game’s trailer, which puts the new look of these remakes on full display.

The world Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl take place in is now fully 3D. Players can roam towns full of buildings that are no longer flat. Battles kick off when 3D Pokemon trainers throw 3D Pokemon balls out, revealing 3D Pokemon. If you haven’t caught on yet, the addition of a third dimension in Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl may be the most obvious change when comparing the remakes to their source material. How much else has been altered, though, remains to be seen.

What is the gameplay like in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl?

How to get any pokémon on diamond or pearl

The first footage fans got for Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl seemed mostly concerned with looks. Perhaps that is understandable — these remakes will look drastically different than the original Diamond and Pearl. For that reason, very few details were provided about how gameplay might change, or what Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl might add that didn’t exist previously. The remakes will differ in some ways mechanically, however, based solely on the platform they’re coming to.

Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are re-imagined versions of Nintendo DS games. If you owned that system, then you’re likely aware that the Nintendo DS had two screens. Diamond and Pearl made use of both. Not only that, but Diamond and Pearl could assume the player had access to touch controls on the Nintendo DS at all times. That isn’t a luxury Switch players will have when their console is docked. Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are full-blown remakes, so perhaps one can assume they’re being built with the Switch in mind. Still, this change may take some getting used to for those who played through the originals.

How to get any pokémon on diamond or pearlPokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl remake will be available for the Nintendo Switch in November when pre-orders begin. The release dates for the remake were announced in a tweet from the Pokemon Twitter account. It was also confirmed that Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl will both be released on November 19th, 2021.

They first appeared for Nintendo DS in 2006. The Pokemon included in the release package for the remakes are the legendary Pokemon Dialga and Palkia.

Nintendo and the Pokemon Company confirmed the release dates for the Generation Four remakes of Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl as well as a spin-off adventure, Pokemon Legends: Arceus. Other forthcoming Pokemon releases for the Nintendo Switch include Pokemon Legends, which take players to Sinnoh Region for a new open-world adventure in an era in the distant past.

How to get any pokémon on diamond or pearlThey won’t have to wait until next year to return to Sinnoh since Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl have release dates set for the end of 2021.

Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl were live-streamed to coaches across the Sinnoh region last February during Pokemon’s 25th-anniversary celebrations. On May 26, 2021, it was announced that Brilliant Diamond would be released on November 19, 2021. Pokemon’s official Twitter account confirmed the release dates and released preliminary boxing artwork for both games.

The game takes players on a familiar journey to the Sinnoh region with 3D Chibi graphics reminiscent of 2D sprites from the original Diamond and Pearl. The remakes will enable fans to experience the original story and game features in a new way. The original games were reproduced and revived for the Nintendo Switch.

We also know that Legends of Arceus is being developed by Game Freak and will be released for the Nintendo Switch in early 2022. The game will bring players back to the Sinnoh region in time for the main games. Six months after the release of Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, it’s a safe bet Q2 2022 will be seen as a possible release window for the game.

How to get any pokémon on diamond or pearlPokemon Company International has canceled a number of new release dates for fans of Pokemon Legends Arceus, Brilliant Diamond, and Shining Pearl. Released exclusively for the Nintendo Switch, the event’s games should be released in time for the holiday season, with Arceu set to drop sometime next year. Therefore, we do not believe it will be released in 2022.

The new additions to the franchise will be released exclusively for the Nintendo Switch on January 28, 2022, meaning the game will be available to purchase for just £9.99.

Earlier this year, Nintendo and Game Freak dropped a bombshell when they announced three new Pokemon games – not two but three. The first two, Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl, are faithful remakes of the classic Generation 4. Generation 1-3 will get their own remakes, while Generation 4 will get a remake of Brilliant Diamonds and Shining Pearls.

Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl remake will be released on 19 November 2021, while the open-world Pokemon: Legends of Arceus will be released on 28 January 2022.

How to get any pokémon on diamond or pearlNovember is the month for major releases, so the release dates are not surprising. Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl release date The announcement is something many have been waiting for.

As well as exploring the Sinnoh region, gamers will also be able to look forward to a great adventure reborn on the Nintendo Switch. The gameplay shown during the presentation Presents looked very different from what we saw in previous games, so we are excited to learn more. Next up is Pokemon Go Fest, which will return in July as a global event that Niantic is teasing as an anniversary celebration.

Fans can catch the next installment of Pokemon on the Nintendo Switch with the Shining Pearl Dual Pack. Unlike the standard version of the games, the Dual Pack will include both games, so players can try to learn the potential differences between the titles.

GameFreak developer has not announced any changes to the gameplay for Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. This means that we will get a version of the game with a better picture and sound quality but no significant new features. This makes Pokemon Legends of Arceus a top-notch testing ground for Game Freak and us, as improvements in animation quality across the board as well as some Pokemon overall should work well. It’s a fantastic open world, and the game is ambitious.

The 25th anniversary of Pokemon is still going and today out of nowhere The Pokemon Company decided to drop not one but TWO major bombshells in terms of upcoming Pokemon titles. Mainly, they dropped the release dates for the upcoming major Pokemon games coming for Nintendo Switch!

First up, Pokemon Legends Arceus, which is going to bring a new look on the Sinnoh region (as well as bringing the legendary Pokemon Arceus to the in-game world story for the first time), is going to be coming out on January 28nd, 2022! Here’s a look at the box art for it:

Now, if you’re hoping that you don’t have to wait that long to play a Pokemon title, you’re in luck, because in November, Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl is coming:

These announcements are shocking because rumors for a while now have stated that a “Pokemon Presents” event was coming to go and show off these release dates and more. Maybe that will still happen in terms of the Presents happening, but clearly The Pokemon Company wanted to announce the games now.

To catch a Heatran go through Stark Mountain and then when you see Buck in a room, and he is taking the stone, he says stuff and then walks off. Well then you have to go to his house in the survival area or battle zone and talk to him again. He says he is going to go put it back. Then go to stark mountain again in the same room were buck finds the treasure and there is Heatran. Be careful and save because he is lvl 70 and he is fire-ground type.
