Organization is an equation that takes into account time, space, money and effort. When we organize ourselves with ADHD, we value time and effort the most. Performance is our battle cry. We want the fewest steps and the least effort possible. Otherwise, even if we remove the mess once, we won’t keep it. Follow this guide on how to organize your home (forever!), Room by room.
